We’re looking for a talented Sales Executive to join our team and help drive the expansion of our business into new markets within the horticultural and construction sectors, while also managing and nurturing relationships with our existing clients.

With a strong foothold in the horticultural and construction sectors, we are now looking to expand further, and we need a dynamic Sales Executive to help us achieve our growth goals.


The Role

As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving business growth and maintaining strong client relationships. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and growing an existing portfolio of accounts, ensuring clients receive exceptional service and support.
  • Proactively seeking new business opportunities in the horticultural and construction sectors.
  • Building and nurturing long-term relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborating with the team to maintain a seamless customer experience.
  • Staying up to date with our product range, market trends, and competitor activity.


What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will bring a passion for sales and account management, combined with a results-oriented mindset. We’re looking for someone with:

  • Previous experience in sales and/or account management (preferred but not essential for the right candidate).
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building lasting relationships.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • A willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
