We are proud to be supporting a highly regarded regional accounting and advisory firm as they look to strengthen their Corporate Finance leadership team. With a strong pipeline of mid-market transactions and ambitious growth plans across the North West, the firm is seeking an accomplished Corporate Finance Director to help drive the next phase of their expansion.The RoleAs Corporate Finance Director, you will play a pivotal strategic and commercial role within the firm’s CF division. Working closely with Partners, you’ll lead on complex engagements, originate new opportunities, and help shape the long-term direction of the team.Key responsibilities include:Leading buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions across multiple sectorsOriginating new business, nurturing networks, and contributing to firmwide BD strategyOverseeing valuations, financial modelling, due diligence and strategic advisory projectsManaging and mentoring high-performing Corporate Finance professionalsActing as a senior relationship manager for key clients and private equity contactsSupporting the development of service lines and operational improvements within the CF teamAbout YouThe successful candidate will bring a strong track record within Corporate Finance and proven experience in executing and originating deals.
