This is a full-time permanent position where the Principal Designer / CDM Advisor will be experienced in their field and have a strong understanding of the Building Safety Act 2022 regulations.

My client has an extremely positive & supportive work environment and are seeking a Principal Designer / CDM Advisor who will be supporting them on commercial, retail, and residential projects across the nation.

Principal Designer / CDM Advisor main duties:

  • Carry out Principal Designer duties under CDM Regulations
  • Collate and distribute Pre-Construction Information
  • Attend project design team meetings
  • Assist Designers and Clients with their duties under CDM Regulations
  • Review Construction Phase Plan
  • Raise F10 notifications behalf of the Client

Principal Designer / CDM Advisor skills & experience

  • Experience & knowledge of CDM Regulations
  • Experience carrying out Principal Designer duties
  • Experience in the role of CDM Advisor
  • Hold an IOSH membership
  • Ideally a member of APS
  • Hold a NEBOSH certificate
