We are seeking an Automotive prepper to join our team working in Body In White on pre painted panels. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality service.The project will involve working in Body in White(BIW), rectifying and repairing prep issues before the car moves onto the paint shop.Previous experience as a paint sprayer, prepper or in a similar role is preferredExperience in an automotive environment is essential.Experience across all aspects of automotive/industrial painting including prepping, polishing, sanding and priming.Knowledge of different types of paints, primers, and finishesAbility to work independently and follow instructions accuratelyAttention to detail and ability to produce high-quality workRequirementsPrior experience in automotive prepping is essentialStrong attention to detailAbility to work efficiently and independentlyCustomer service skills to interact with clients effectivelyAbility to commute/relocate: CV35Pay
