Key Responsibilities Child Development & Learning Plan, prepare and deliver engaging activities aligned with the EYFS Framework. Support children's progress through active play, communication and exploration. Conduct observations, record development and contribute to children's learning journeys. Provide individualised care for children with different learning styles and needs. Care & Wellbeing Ensure a warm, caring and secure environment for all children. Support routines including meals, sleep times, toileting and personal care. Promote independence, curiosity, confidence and positive behaviour.
