This is a hybrid position, with regular travel to the Regional Support Office in Warwick- you will be required to be in the office for at least 3 days per week.Please note, our Regional Support Office will be relocating to a new site in Coventry in early 2026.This role will form part of a structured internal technical team responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the IT Infrastructure environment within the business. The role encompasses varying technologies across a variety of platforms including Microsoft and Azure cloud-based portals.Specific duties: Provide 2nd / 3rd line technical support for all aspects of the core infrastructure and related technologiesImplement and support Infrastructure projects aligned to business objectives and global or regional IT roadmapProvide technical knowledge regarding IT Infrastructure.
