With a strong focus on innovation, the firm invests heavily in technology, data-driven solutions, and multidisciplinary teams to enhance the way legal services are delivered.As the firm continues to expand its Legal Project Management capability, they are seeking a Legal Project Manager to help shape and grow the service offering, working closely with legal teams, clients and cross-functional specialists.Key Responsibilities of the Legal Project ManagerSupport lawyers with matter planning, scoping and budgetingBuild and manage budgets, monitor scope and ensure accurate time recordingDevelop and maintain project plans, coordinate workstreams and track deadlinesProvide financial and progress updates to internal teams and clientsFacilitate meetings, manage actions and maintain communication across stakeholdersIdentify risks and escalate issues promptlyWork closely with Legal Operations, Legal Tech, Finance and other specialist teamsLiaise with clients, external counsel and third-party providers where requiredContribute to developing LPM best practice, templates and service modelsSkills & Attributes of the Legal Project Manager2+ years’ experience in Legal Project ManagementProject management qualification (e.g., PRINCE2/APM) desirableExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsStrong organisational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlinesConfident using legal technology and matter management toolsProactive, collaborative and able to work independentlyStrong analytical skills and good working knowledge of ExcelLegal or professional services experience is advantageousApplications can only be considered from those eligible to live & work in the UK without restriction.
