They value health and wellbeing and are dedicated to clear training and progression for all our staff. The Role: As a Conveyancing Legal Assistant, you will be an integral part of their vibrant team, working closely with experienced professionals to support the conveyancing process. This is a fully office-based role in an open plan office, ensuring a collaborative and dynamic working environment. Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with a team of two, working alongside a Case Manager.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing post.
  • Send documents to clients.
  • Progress files efficiently and effectively.
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients.
  • Manage phone communications with clients and stakeholders.
  • Depending on experience, take on additional responsibilities such as:
    • Conducting property searches.
    • Preparing contract packs.
    • Managing exchange and completion processes.
