Your New Role: Leverage automation tools to efficiently manage the administration of a high volume of low-value, cross-class claims, ensuring accuracy and speed. Support with the administration of claims which fall outside automation applying sound judgement and problem-solving skills. Accurately triaging and managing claim files through to settlement, prioritising new and existing work appropriately, ensuring they are adequately reserved, and settled economically and fairly. Deliver exceptional service by collaborating with brokers and suppliers to achieve positive outcomes for all parties. Contribute to innovation by supporting projects focused on Operational Excellence, Analytics, and Automation, helping to shape the future of claims handling. About You Ability to structure the day effectively, prioritising tasks and responsibilities to meet deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to adapt to different audiences. Proficiency in Microsoft applications and confidence in working with technology, including automation tools. Collaborative approach and commitment to contributing to a positive team environment.
