Job DescriptionAre you looking to kick-start your career for an environmental consultancy? Do you enjoy hands-on fieldwork and want to build real practical experience in the water quality of our rivers, reservoirs and estuaries? Are you based in the South of England and keen to work outdoors in all seasons?We’re looking for three Water Quality Surveyors to join our survey team, in the new year. The role is offered on a 6-month fixed-term contract initially, with the potential for further opportunities. This is an ideal role for someone early in their career, whether you’re a recent graduate or have some practical environmental experience and want to develop your field skills with a leading environmental consultancy.Working across ponds, rivers, reservoirs and estuaries, you’ll play a key part in collecting high-quality environmental data that supports our water and sediment quality programmes. The role is fieldwork-focused, and you’ll need to be happy working outdoors in all weather conditions and travelling regularly across the South of England (the majority of our work is in Sussex and Kent but could as far west as Bristol/Exeter).
