Duration: 12 Months (Possible extension)About the RoleWe are seeking an Analytical Laboratory Assistant to provide hands-on support in a regulated laboratory environment. The role involves executing analytical tests, maintaining lab equipment, and ensuring accurate documentation of laboratory work in line with GxP standards. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with laboratory experience looking to contribute to product development and quality assurance.Key Responsibilities:Prepare laboratory solutions and reagents for analytical testingExecute and document experiments according to written protocolsSupport process transfer, process improvement, and process validation activitiesMaintain and calibrate laboratory equipment and support lab housekeepingEnsure accurate and compliant documentation of all laboratory work (ALCOA++ principles)Manage laboratory consumables, including ordering and stock maintenanceSupport problem-solving and investigation of out-of-specification or out-of-trend resultsSkills & Experience Required:Experience handling general laboratory glassware and equipment (pipettes, filters, balances, etc.)Knowledge of Good Documentation Practices (ALCOA++)Familiarity with GxP regulations, SOPs, and laboratory safety proceduresProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Strong organizational skills and time managementAbility to follow protocols accurately and communicate results clearlyEducation:BSc in Life Sciences (Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or related field) preferredMinimum A-level Chemistry or equivalent requiredPreferred Experience / Background:1–3 years’ laboratory experience in analytical, QA/QC, or regulated environmentsExperience in analytical testing for pharmaceutical or medical device products is desirableAbout US Tech Solutions:US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
