Property Administrator Responsibilities:
  • Act as the first point of contact for all property-related enquiries, managing the helpdesk via telephone, email, and in-person
  • Prioritise inquiries, responding professionally or escalating to appropriate team members as needed 
  • Provide administrative support to the head of department, including inbox management, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups
  • Assist with insurance queries, submissions, and administration for health and safety training courses
  • Undertake general administrative tasks, including minute-taking, filing, scanning, and documentation management
Property Administrator Requirements and Experience:
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a confident telephone manner
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with corporate database applications
  • Accurate typing/data entry skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Problem-solving aptitude and the ability to identify and report emerging issues
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Experience in an office administration or support role is essential
