Working closely with teams across category, supply chain, and finance, you’ll help shape decisions that drive commercial growth and operational efficiency.This is a hands-on role where curiosity, accuracy, and strong technical skills come together - perfect for someone who loves finding patterns in data and making sense of the bigger picture.Responsibilities:Analyse and interpret data from multiple sources to support category, supply chain and financial decisionsDevelop and maintain dashboards and reports to track business performanceIdentify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing recommendations to key stakeholdersWork closely with internal teams to improve data processes and visibilityEnsure data accuracy and consistency across business systemsSupport the wider team with ad-hoc analysis and insight requestsRequirements:Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detailHighly proficient in Excel and confident using Python and SQLComfortable managing and manipulating large datasetsStrong communication skills – able to translate data into meaningful insights for non-technical teamsNaturally curious, proactive, and collaborativeExperience in FMCG, retail or a similar fast-paced industry would be an advantage
