Job Role

You will be representing the Asset 360 team and the wider Johnsons1871 group in the delivery of projects. You will demonstrate the asset management process and highlight benefits to both internal and external customers.


Role and Responsibilities;

Champion the Asset 360/Warehouse Management System to internal and external customers.

Attend both company and client sites to tag and scan assets into the system; assigning them to the relevant location as required.

Visit the warehouses to lead on any in store tagging (containers/preloads) and setup with internal operational teams.

Resolve and or report any issues within the warehouses or on site and provide additional support where required.

Provide 360 approach to improvements and updates to the system and reporting.

Represent Johnsons and the Asset team at all times to the expected standards and behaviours of Johnons1871.

Removal portering tasks and responsibilities



Requirements

Skills:

Ability to train colleagues and check their understanding of process

Excellent communication skill

Excellent organisational skills

A working knowledge of typical office furniture

Ability to record and maintain systems accurately

Great IT skills and experience of reporting from systems

Attention to detail

Driving Licence (Required)

Removal portering tasks/responsibilities


Additional:

The role will involve travel nationwide and involve overnight stays in lodgings.

Working 5 out of 7 days.

Must have a driving licence
