PLEASE NOTE THIS ADVERT CLOSES THE DAY BEFORE ANY AUTOMATED DATE SHOWN Job Title: Senior PlannerLocation CambuslangSalary from 44000 to 55000 benefits Help us create a better future quickerAs a Senior Planner you will be directly responsible for the Production Maintenance & Update Change Control Schedule Risk Management and Reporting of high-quality MSP/Primavera P6 Schedules.Working in our core projects team who take on a vast variety a small capital project that support Scottish Powers vison and allows us to contribute to the UKs Net Zero TargetsWhat youll be doingDevelopment of high-quality project schedules within MSP/Primavera (P6) Enterprise.Cultivate and maintain close working relationship with internal and external stakeholdersEnsure regular accurate and consistent schedule updates from internal and external stakeholdersIntegration of Contractor Schedule Tasks and updates into SPEN Client ScheduleIdentify and highlight schedule risks and variance to internal and external stakeholdersDevelop mitigation scenarios where programme risk and variance is identifiedCo-ordinate between multi-functional teams to resolve identified project or programme issues.Provide accurate progress reporting at a pre-defined frequency and on an adhoc basis as requiredIdentify and communicate delivery partner interdependences within individual schedules and with other projects in the SPT portfolio leading on solution development where schedule clashes are identifiedWhat youll bringWorking knowledge of Planning software tools (i.e. Primavera P6 & MSPe)Clear understanding of Project Management principlesStrong influencing and stakeholder management abilityGood verbal and written communications skillsHighly Numerate and analyticalUnderstanding of Utility Regulatory principlesUnderstanding of major capital project development and delivery lifecyclePC literateEducated to degree level in a relevant discipline or equivalent experienceWhats in it for you As well as a competitive salary which is reviewed annually you can also enjoy a number of other benefits.
