Could This Be You?• Are you an experienced Fostering Assistant or Deputy Manager with a background in an Independent Fostering Agency (IFA)?• Do you share our passion for helping children and young people rebuild their lives?• Are you ready to take the next step in your career and lead with purpose?If so, we’d love to hear from youThe Role As Regional Manager, you’ll lead our established team in Birmingham, overseeing the delivery of our therapeutic fostering service across the West Midlands. You’ll:• Manage and inspire a talented team• Ensure the highest standards of care and compliance• Drive innovation and creativity in service delivery• Build strong relationships with children, families, and stakeholders About You• Qualified Social Worker, registered with SWE• Proven management experience in fostering or a related field• Strong knowledge of fostering legislation and safeguarding• Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills• Confident with IT (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with Microsoft Dynamics Charms is a bonus What We Offer• Competitive salary (dependent on experience)• Car allowance, pension, and private healthcare• Generous annual leave – 30 days plus bank holidays• A supportive, collaborative working environment Please note: An enhanced DBS check is required for this role.
