Divisional Managing Director – Electrical Services📍 Kent, England | 💼 Full Time | 🏗️ Real Estate Services / Hard FMAbout the RoleAn established national provider of commercial and industrial electrical services is seeking an experienced leader to head up one of its key UK divisions.The business delivers a full range of electrical design, installation, maintenance and compliance services for clients across the retail, commercial and light-industrial sectors, supporting everything from planned maintenance and testing to energy-efficiency upgrades and EV-charging roll-outs.As Divisional Managing Director, you’ll provide strategic and operational leadership, owning the division’s P&L and ensuring world-class service, compliance and performance.You’ll guide multi-site engineering teams, drive operational improvement and identify new opportunities to grow the business in high-demand markets.What You’ll DoLead a dispersed field-engineering and project delivery team across multiple client portfolios.Shape and deliver the divisional growth strategy aligned to wider group objectives.Manage P&L performance, budgets and commercial targets.Drive operational excellence, safety, quality and customer satisfaction.Expand the company’s footprint in retail parks, light-industrial estates and EV-charging infrastructure.Build strong client relationships and long-term partnerships.Foster a high-performance, safety-first culture where teams are motivated and supported.What We’re Looking ForProven leader from a Hard FM, building-services or electrical-contracting environment.Experience running multi-site operations with full financial accountability.Strong understanding of compliance (BS 7671, NICEIC, ISO, SHEQ).Track record of delivering operational improvement and commercial growth.Strategic mindset with hands-on operational credibility.Excellent people leadership and stakeholder-management skills.What’s on OfferThis is an opportunity to join a respected, growing technical-services group with real investment in its future.
