We're looking for an experienced Head of Data Science to join our team in Glasgow, where you'll lead a group of talented data professionals in creating innovative, data-driven insights that shape our business strategy.

What you'll do:
  • Lead a team of nine data science professionals to deliver strategic insights that support our business objectives.
  • Collaborate with key business stakeholders to develop customised solutions that address complex commercial and operational challenges.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment and be agile enough to deliver first class data led business solutions.
  • Use advanced data science techniques to develop models that drive business outcomes.
  • Lead the implementation of AI-based initiatives to generate value for the business.
