Our clients based near Twyford have an exciting opportunity for an Electronics Technician to join their growing team. They are seeking a technician who is keen to develop skills into an Electronics Engineer.Job Duties:-Responsible for adapting existing electronics designs into products to customer specifications.-Circuit design, schematic capture, PCB Layout and Simulation tools.-Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to electronic systems during development and manufacturing.-Working as part of a team, but also able to work unaided or unsupervised, being adaptable as necessary.-Complete and participate in all aspects of the product design phase including concept design, details design, detail drawings, design reviews, FMEAs and all other steps to ensure a design project can be introduced into production.-Produce documentation such as Wiring Specifications and Test Specifications and test reports.-Process Development to improve existing products.-You will work closely with Purchasing, Production and Quality departments as well as direct with suppliers.Required skills & Experience:- Experience runnning automatic test equipment- Fault finding to components level- Responsible for production equipment-Experience working within an electronics / electromechanical manufacturing environmentHours of work:7:30 to 16:45 Monday – Thursday7:30 – 12:30 FridayBenefits:•Free Financial and pension advice•Employee Length of Service Recognition scheme•Cycle to work Scheme•Employee Assistance Programme•Occupational Pension Scheme•Tech Benefit Scheme•Car Maintenance Scheme•Access to Mindfulness App•Gym Discounts•Perks @ Work discount scheme
