Between the hours 08.00 21.30Closing Date: midday on 12th DecemberThe RoleTo assist the Club Manager in the daily operation of the Club, ensuring a safe, efficient, economic and customer orientated service is provided for members and visitors at all times.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement appropriate systems and procedures to ensure the highest level of service delivery and customer satisfaction in the Fitness Suite at all times.Ensure that the Inductions and Programme Reviews are in accordance with Club procedures.Promote Personal Training to Members throughout the Club to maximise the uptake by members. Ensure that all Personal Training records are accurate and maintained up to date to ensure that bad debt does not accrue.Ensure that customer contact time between Instructor and Member is maximised Induct and train staff in Fitness Suite procedures, maintain records and update such training as required.Ensure that high standards of hygiene are maintained at all times in the Fitness Suite.In conjunction with the Management team, develop and implement a comprehensive pr...
