Key Responsibilities:Provide strategic leadership for the SAP consulting function, defining vision, capability roadmap, and service offerings.Lead the end-to-end delivery of major SAP programmes (ECC → S/4HANA transformations, module implementations, integrations, and optimisations).Build, manage, and develop a high-performing SAP consulting team across functional and technical domains.Act as executive sponsor for key clients, ensuring strong relationships, value delivery, and satisfaction.Oversee financial performance, including P&L management, resource planning, forecasting, and utilisation.Drive pre-sales activity, solution design, proposals, and RFP responses to grow the SAP pipeline.Ensure delivery governance, best-practice frameworks, and quality assurance across all SAP engagements.Stay abreast of SAP product evolution, industry trends, and emerging technologies to guide clients’ digital strategies.Skills & Experience:12+ years of SAP experience with at least 5 years in senior leadership or practice management roles.Proven track record delivering complex, multi-module SAP programmes (preferably S/4HANA).Strong commercial acumen and experience managing P&L for a consulting practice.Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, including C-suite advisory.Demonstrated ability to lead large teams and drive capability development.Deep understanding of SAP architecture, integration, and transformation methodologies.
