About the role as a Mental Health Teaching Assistant: As a Mental Health Teaching Assistant, your primary focus will be to support children who are struggling to manage their emotions and mental health. Many of these pupils have experienced significant trauma or adverse childhood experiences and need consistent, compassionate support to thrive in school.
