The Corporate Tax Manager's Responsibilities:

  • You'll be at the helm of a portfolio of corporate clients, ensuring the precision and compliance of corporation tax returns.
  • Expertly fielding client inquiries with remarkable finesse.
  • Assume a leadership role in steering the tax department and its bustling workflow.
  • Play a pivotal role in cultivating and nurturing other team members.
  • Be an integral part of the continuous review and enhancement of tax systems.
  • Meticulously review the work of junior department members, ensuring quality and precision.
  • Craft advisory and transaction documents that will undergo review by senior managers and partners.

In addition to your corporate tax prowess, familiarity with income tax, ATED, VAT, SDLT, Stamp duty, and other facets of taxation would be music to our ears. This firm places a premium on assigning overall client responsibility to its portfolio managers, with direct reporting to the relevant partner.

Our ideal Corporate Tax Manager is likely to hold ACA or ACCA qualifications and may even have CTA certification, though we're also open to candidates eager to pursue additional qualifications.
