Mobile Mechanical Maintenance Engineer - FM Service Provider – Up to £42,000 + Van and fuel cardExciting opportunity to work for a FM service provider situated in Hertfordshire & Cambridge.Currently looking for a Mobile Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to cover a number commercial office contract covering multiple sites in Hertfordshire & Cambridge.The successful candidates will be mechanically bias (C&G / NVQ) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.This is a Van Mobile position and will require the successful candidates to attend a number of sites where he or she will be required to carry out PPM/Reactive maintenance to the mechanical plant with particular emphasis on mechanical maintenance.In return the company is offering a competitive salary paying up to £42,000 per annum based on experience/qualifications, overtime and further training.Key duties & Responsibilities:Carry out PPM Reactive maintenance on Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings and compressorsAir Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning) ChillersRe-set BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds etc)Ensuring log books are kept up to date Escorting specialist sub contractorsAssisting other engineersOffering technical supportRequirementsCity & Guilds – mechanically qualified – level 2 & 3You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates (Essential)A proven track record in commercial maintenanceAn understanding of commercial building maintenanceMulti-skilledGood communication skillsExcellent customer service skillsPackage Up to £42,000 (Based on experience / Qualifications) Van and Fuel Card PDA's23 days holiday + BH Overtime available Training and development opportunities Contributory pension scheme
