Key Responsibilities:


  • Perform manual testing of business requirements to ensure they meet acceptance criteria.
  • Coordinate production releases, working closely with key stakeholders.
  • Support manual testing by executing automated regression test suites.
  • Conduct functional and regression testing on all code and configuration changes.
  • Document QA processes and practices, contributing to the growth of the QA knowledge base.
  • Carry out exploratory testing in line with agile principles and QA best practices.
  • Collaborate with DevOps and Client Delivery teams to understand technical changes and their testing requirements.
  • Share knowledge and expertise with the QA team to enhance collective skills.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products and their functionality.
  • Assist the QA team in maintaining industry standards and upholding our testing processes.
  • Work closely with developers to identify, log, and resolve bugs or unexpected behaviors.
  • Take advantage of opportunities to learn C# automated testing.


Qualifications and Experience:


  • 1-2 years of experience as a Junior QA or experience working in a software development environment.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, make informed decisions, and solve problems effectively.
  • Capable of creating, articulating, and peer-reviewing test plans.
  • Familiarity with QA best practices is a plus.
  • Experience with Microsoft ADO, especially Test Plans, is desirable.


Skills and Knowledge:


  • Self-motivated and able to proactively collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide guidance on using product functionality to meet customer needs.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with rapidly evolving opportunities.
  • Basic understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality software.
