You will develop an in-depth understanding of your area and work in partnership with key stakeholders to advise on and implement people focused HR solutions, applying best practice to foster a positive workplace culture. We are looking for a skilled HR professional that has experience of case work, and a passion for building effective relationships and identifying opportunities for improvement.The University of Cambridge is one of the world's foremost universities, widely recognised as a leading centre for research, education, and scholarship. We employ more than 13,000 staff, around 3000 of which are in the Clinical School, and this is a unique opportunity to work alongside a varied stakeholder base of Clinical, Research and Operations teams, within an environment like no other.As well as working within the Clinical School HR Team and the wider HR Business Partner network, you will also have contact with HR experts across the University including those centrally specialising in policy, resourcing and learning and development.
