  • Demonstrable Project Management experience within digital technology sector; Apps, web apps, UX/UI, etc.
  • Demonstrable experience managing complex projects with multiple parties and workstreams
  • Able to produce and maintain detailed project plans, schedules and RAIDs
  • Very strong clients facing skills
  • Experience and effective application of Agile processes
  • Knowledge of release management and SDLC
  • Use of JIRA and Confluence
  • Excellent communication skills across channels, especially in the current period of virtual workspace
  • Great interpersonal skills, leading by example through “hearts and mind”
  • Strong influencing and decision-making skills
  • Highly adaptable to change
  • Ability to see the bigger picture, focusing on the goals that matter
  • Team player
Main Responsibilities:
  • Project planning for deliveries, resources and dependencies
  • Project reporting to working group and senior executives, both internal and external.
  • Working with different team disciplines and clients, ensuring clear communications between key parties to achieve objectives
  • Deliver projects to specifications, deadlines and quality levels.
  • Manage priorities, project changes and stakeholder expectations.
  • Effective risk management and mitigation planning
  • Come up with solutions and proposals, not just report problems
  • Make effective use of teams and resources.
  • Continuously improve delivery processes.
  • Proactively collaborate with other Project Managers to exchange ideas and improvements across the company
