RECfinancial is partnering with a high growth, privately owned Leicester based SME in the appointment of a Group Finance Director.The role is based at the firm's head office which is commutable distance from all areas of Leicester / Leicestershire, Nottingham, Derby and Coventry / Warwickshire.Working closely with the Managing Director, the Group Finance Director role will support them in providing financial stewardship for the business as they embark on their next period of growth. It's an exciting time for the business, currently they have a turnover of circa 40 million pounds per year with a growth plan to double the turnover in the next 4 years. The growth will be partly organic and through acquisitions.Day to day responsibilities will be to oversee the finance function which is a team of 7 and to develop the function and information that it provides the wider business. There is a strong element to the role in supporting the wider business in key decision making from a commercial point of view.
