Environmental Manager | Midlands | up to £75,000 (inc. £5250 car allowance)If you have a background in major infrastructure and a passion for building greener futures, this is your opportunity to lead change.PT Renewables are partnered with a growing UK Construction business looking for an experienced Environmental Manager to lead on sustainability and environmental best practice across civils projects.The RoleThis is a senior role where you’ll shape how teams reduce impact, enhance performance, and deliver the highest environmental standards.What you’ll be doing:Driving compliance with ISO 14001 and company environmental standardsLeading site inspections, identifying risks, and sharing best practice across teamsOverseeing environmental monitoring (water, dust, noise, waste) and analysing data to support decision-makingEnsuring robust environmental management systems are in place through audits and checksDeveloping environmental mitigation strategies and embedding them into project deliveryProducing and maintaining the Environmental Management Plan (EMP) and associated plansAbout youSignificant experience in environmental management within civils, infrastructure, or consultancyStrong technical knowledge of environmental impacts, risks, and mitigation measuresExperience working for a Tier 1 contractor (advantageous but not essential)Membership of IEMA and working towards chartered statusBenefitsBase salary up to £70,000Company Car or Car Allowance - £5,250Bonus opportunitiesProgression and chance to work on some of the most innovative construction projectsPension, healthcare, enhanced leave and more.If you're an experienced Environmental Manager who is looking for their next move within construction/civils, this could be the role for you - apply now
