Venesky-Brown's client, a public sector organisation in Edinburgh/Glasgow, is currently looking to recruit a ServiceNow Developer for an initial 6 month contract with potential to extend on a rate of £494/day (Outside IR35). This role will be a hybrid of working at home and in the office.

Responsibilities:

- Design and develop HR Service Delivery forms
- Design and develop Back End HR Service Delivery workflows (flows)
- Configure Employee Centre to expose the HR forms/processes to our end-users
- Configure/customise workspace for HR agents to process HR cases, and managers to report on the cases
- Design and implement integrations with other HR systems such as iTrent to support the above
- Assist in the adoption of ServiceNow modules through tool customisation
- Perform support and provide technical documentation
- Carry out other duties as required

Essential Skills:

- Experience of the current version of the ServiceNow platform
- HR Service Delivery module
- Employee Centre Portal
- Able to demonstrate knowledge of the platform mechanics and best practices
- Strong teamwork, self-managing and self-initiative, coaching, collaboration & communication skills
- JavaScript development independent of and within the ServiceNow framework
- Integration and orchestration knowledge
- HTML, XML, CSS & JSON
- Self-Service Portal (beyond Catalogue Items)
