Continuous Improvement Practitioner - up to £50k per year


An exciting opportunity has come available for our client within their financial and Insurance division for a Continuous Improvement Practitioner to work out of their North Birmingham (3 days on-site / 2 days remote).


Our client is expanding their Continuous Improvement capability, and are in search for a motivated and passionate CI professional to support and lead on process improvement projects.


To excel in this role, you will already have experience in process analysis, such as, process mapping and Lean mythology. It will be a bonus, if you possess process improvement project experience.


Your responsibilities will include leading pilot projects, driving a CI culture alongside leading improvement workshops and training.


You will also have excellent development opportunity, with Six sigma Green Belt training/certification provided


The ideal Continuous Improvement Practitioner will have:

  • Proven experience in managing and delivering projects
  • Experience of using process analysis concepts and tools
  • Good understanding of finance and ISO 9001 principles
  • Lean Six Sigma White/Yellow Belt or similar
  • Data Analytical approach
  • Proficiency in MS suite platforms (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while handling multiple tasks




The role is based in North Birmingham offering a basic salary up to £50k with an excellent benefits package.
