We are seeking a detail-oriented and safety-driven SOP & Risk Assessment Coordinatorto lead the development implementation and review of operational procedures and risk assessments across our warehouse and logistics operations. This role is critical in ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.This role will be on a fixed term contract.About You Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop update and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all warehouse activitiesConduct thorough Risk Assessments and implement control measuresEnsure compliance with HSE legislation including COSHH PUWER and LOLERCollaborate with operational teams to identify hazards and improve safety practicesLead incident investigations and root cause analysisDeliver toolbox talks and safety briefingsSupport audits and inspections from internal and external bodiesMaintain accurate documentation and reporting systems Qualifications & ExperienceNEBOSH General Certificate (essential)IOSH Managing Safely (essential)Experience in warehouse logistics or industrial environmentsStrong knowledge of UK health & safety legislationExcellent communication and documentation skillsProficient in MS Office and safety management systems Desirable SkillsExperience with ISO standards (e.g. ISO 45001)Training in manual handling fire safety or first aidAbility to influence and engage teams at all levels BenefitsCompetitive salaryOn-site parkingSupportive team cultureAbout UsAbout usGSF Car Parts is one of the UKs leading automotive parts distributors supplying thousands of independent garages throughout the UK and Ireland with parts tools garage equipment and specialist training.
