Job Title: MIG Welder Location: Daventry Hours: * Monday - Friday: 07:00 - 17:00 * Day shift only with regular overtime opportunities Salary: ?13.25 - ?14.25 per hour (depending on experience) * Monthly attendance and overtime bonus of up to 20% * Potential to earn up to ?17.10 per hour Overview: We are seeking skilled and motivated MIG Welders to join a well-established and growing manufacturing business based in Daventry. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced welders to work in a clean, organised production environment with ongoing opportunities for progression and development. Key Responsibilities: * Carry out MIG welding on chassis and metal components to a high standard. * Work within a high-quality production environment, ensuring accuracy and consistency. * Maintain and organise welding bays, tools, and equipment. * Support workload planning to ensure production targets are met. * Uphold workplace safety standards and contribute to continuous improvement. * Demonstrate teamwork, reliability, and a strong work ethic in daily operations.
