**Please only apply if you have actual experience working in a residential Children's Home and a Level 3 in Health and Social Care** We are a 3 bedroom children's home in Greenford (between Greenford and Southall station), seeking an experienced part-time Deputy Children's Home Manager for around 2-3 days a week/ approximately 25 hours a week (plus one Saturday/Sun day a month) , there is the opportunity for progression to become the Manager of the home within a year, if we feel you are suitable, it would then become full-time. we are happy to consider an experienced Children's Home Support Worker looking for a step up in their career. You must have a Level 3 in Health & Social Care as a minimum and experience in a residential childrens home. The role will be patterns (to be discussed), sometimes you may need to be flexible to work other hours,salary up to £35,000 per annum. Requirements Experience as a Deputy Childrens Home Manager or Senior Support worker in a Childrens Home - essential Level 3 in Health and Social Care essential You can get to Greenford / Southall station area easily. Understanding of policies, procedures , risk assessments, Ofsted. Confident with paperwork, managing petty cash. Can be flexible with the working hours and days Benefits Can work around 25 hours a week 2-3 days and be flexible around this.
