The Role


We are seeking a dynamic and strategic HR Business Partner to join our team.  As HR Business Partner you will play a pivotal role in aligning our HR initiatives with business objectives to drive performance and support organisational growth. This position requires a proactive individual who can foster strong relationships with management and employees while understanding their needs and challenges. You will work closely with management teams to implement HR strategies that enhance workforce engagement, retention and development.  Additionally, you will provide guidance on various human resource issues including performance management, employee relations and inclusion initiatives. 


The ideal candidate will be a trusted advisor with a deep understanding of business imperatives and the ability to translate them into effective, pragmatic HR practices. Responsibilities


  • Serve as a strategic partner to management, providing guidance on HR related matters and aligning HR strategies with business objectives
  • Assist with the implementation and roll-out of a new HRIS
  • Facilitate employee development programmes, including training and career advancement opportunities to enhance workforce skills
  • Advise on performance management processes, assist with performance reviews, and support managers in addressing employee performance issues
  • Manage employee relations and address workplace conflicts, ensuring fair treatment and compliance with company policies
  • Monitor and analyse HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with employment law and regulation to ensure compliance and minimise organisational risk



Skills & Experience

  • Graduate with graduate qualification in Human Behavioural Science or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years plus HR Business Partner experience in a London based commercial business
  • In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and regulation
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the company
  • Excellent verbal and written presentation skills
  • Ability to analyse complex issues and develop pragmatic solutions
  • A self-starter with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
