Salary: £95 per dayJob Type: Full-time, Temp to permContract length: 12 monthsWe are currently supporting a lovely school who are looking to recruit a dynamic Special Needs HLTA to join their team or committed practitioners.ResponsibilitiesThe expectations for this role is a Special Needs HLTA who is confident in the key competencies of their subject area, and has a broad knowledge base and understanding of the curriculum requirements to guide student learning.This school requires a Special Needs HLTA who is comfortable with technology, online management systems, and has strong interpersonal, communication, and administrative skills.It is important to this school that the Special Needs HLTA they hire is able to analyse assessment data and use it to inform lesson planning and structure.
