销售经理

欧洲区销售（TO C）

工作内容：

负责公司的欧洲区的销售业务，包括与客户进行沟通、了解客户需求、提供解决方案、达成销售目标等。

主要职责：

1、了解公司销售策略和产品，确保正确地传达给客户；

2、通过电话、邮件或面对面的方式与客户进行沟通，了解客户需求和解决方案；

3、提供给客户满意的解决方案，包括向客户推荐公司产品和服务，以及协助客户完成采购过程等；

4、根据公司销售目标，制定个人的销售目标，并进行销售跟踪和报告；

5、参加公司组织的培训和销售活动，以提高销售技能和知识；

6、保持与现有客户的良好沟通，发掘潜在客户，维护客户关系。

职位要求：

1、具有本科或以上学历，市场营销、销售或相关领域背景；

2、至少3年以内的欧洲区销售工作经验，有TO C经验，有在一家行业内有良好业绩者优先；

3、良好的沟通和口头表达能力，英语听说读写流利，具备良好的书面表达能力；

4、熟悉销售技巧和策略，具备良好的销售心理素质；

5、有团队合作精神和责任心，敢于挑战并能够承受一定的工作压力。

European Sales (TO C)

Job responsibilities:

Responsible for the sales business of the company in Europe, including communicating with customers, understanding their needs, providing solutions, and achieving sales targets.

Main responsibilities:

1. Understand the company's sales strategy and products to ensure correct communication to customers;

2. Communicate with customers via phone, email, or face-to-face to understand their needs and solutions;

3. Provide satisfactory solutions to customers, including recommending company products and services to customers, and assisting customers in completing the procurement process;

4. Based on the company's sales targets, set personal sales targets and conduct sales tracking and reporting;

5. Participate in company organized training and sales activities to improve sales skills and knowledge;

6. Maintain good communication with existing customers, explore potential customers, and maintain customer relationships.

Job requirements:

1. Having a bachelor's degree or above, with a background in marketing, sales, or related fields;

2. At least 3 years of sales work experience in the European region, with TO C experience, and priority given to those with good performance in an industry;

3. Good communication and oral expression skills, fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, with good written expression ability;

4. Familiar with sales skills and strategies, possessing good sales psychological qualities;

5. Has a team spirit and a sense of responsibility, dares to challenge and can withstand certain work pressure.
