The requirements:

  • Sales experience, preferably B2B
  • Ability to persuade, charm and negotiate successfully.
  • Business development experience would be beneficial.
  • Ambition We pay an uncapped 25% commission to our permanent consultants and 22,5% commission to our contract consultants, with an additional commission for every consultant you manage as a team leader. So massive earning potential


What we offer:

  • Basic salary up to £27,000. With commission: up to £80.000 OTE achievable inside the first 12 months.
  • Personal guidance and collaboration, working closely with the founders of the business.
  • Meteoric progression with achievable promotions allowing you to advance to a management position.
  • 4 days on-site /1 day fully remote working to start, with increased flexibility as you progress.
