Extrusion Operator

We are seeking experienced Extrusion Operatives for our client in Lurgan, who specialises in recycling and manufacturing industrial plastics. This position requires attention to detail, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be a team player, and demonstrate a commitment to producing high-quality products along with extruding experience. Responsibilities: Operate and monitor extrusion machinery to produce high quality products Set up and adjust machine settings according to product specifications Troubleshoot and resolve issues with the extrusion process Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet required standards Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area Other relevant duties required at managers request Desirable Criteria: Candidates must have a good understanding of the English language, both spoken and written. Be available to work 10 hour shifts starting from 5.45am 3.45pm, Monday to Thursday and 5.45am 1.45pm on a Friday. Conscientious about PPE and health & safety in the workplace.
