Team Pricing & Underwriting GovernanceWorking Pattern - Hybrid 2days per week in the Vitality Bournemouth Office.Full time 35 hours per week.We are happy to discuss flexible workingTop 3 skills needed for this role:Quality-driven mindset with previous experience working in an Ops environment - Able to prove accuracy through audits checks or documentation workCollaborative communicator - Previous experience in supporting cross-functional teams and resolving queriesUnderwriting experience preferredWhat this role is all about:Make sure the underwriting process meets quality standards for all types of clientsindividuals small businesses and large companiesfor both new applications and existing customers. Check that risks taken on by VitalityHealth are priced correctly and follow the companys underwriting policies.Be a go-to person for any questions about pricing helping teams in Servicing Retention and Sales by providing timely and accurate answers based on the official pricing rules.Review discount requests with the Pricing team ensuring their commercially viable and follow underwriting principles.
