Our client, a global commodity trading company is seeking a Senior Java Developer to join their team on a permanent basis. The role will focus on streamlining processes, implementing AI strategies, and unifying technology across teams.


What you'll do:

  • Assess current processes through interviews, activity analysis, and surveys.
  • Collaborate with various technology and business teams to deliver digital solutions.
  • Develop user stories, map customer journeys, and identify digitisation opportunities.
  • Consult with stakeholders to create design prototypes and communicate design choices.
  • Build solutions using AWS services and microservices architectures.
  • Implement CI/CD and monitor digital product performance.
  • Plan end-user training and uphold digital product design standards.


Requirements:

  • Significant experience in digital product development and process digitisation.
  • Proficient in defining product features and creating user-centred designs.
  • Skilled in Cloud Technologies, Solutions Development, and Applications Delivery.
  • Experience with Web technologies (Angular, ReactJS, NodeJS, JAVA Spring Boot, AWS services).
  • Understanding of design thinking, lean/agile methodologies.
  • Fullstack Development experience is desirable
