They are looking for an experienced Fabric Engineer from a Joinery background who has ideally worked in a previous maintenance role and has PPM experience. Work will include remedials on doors. This is a great opportunity for steady work or if ambitious the opportunity to progress.This role is a permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday - Friday. Standard hours are 7.30am - 4pm. Overtime is available but not mandatory.Daily responsibilities will include:Planned and preventative maintenanceRemedials on doorsLooking after the fabric of the building including:Joinery Minor plasteringPainting (touching up) PPM checks, water flushing, fire extinguishers etcCarrying out work safely and efficientlyBuilding relationships with client and contractors on site Requirements for the roleJoiner qualification / backgroundExperienced Fabric Engineer / Handyperson PPM experienceMulti SkilledReliable and can work as a team Hourly rate of £15.63 - £19.91 Overtime and on call is also available.
