Looking for a hands-on role where you can lead brand strategy and client relationships in the fast-paced world of healthcare advertising?


We're hiring for a Senior Account Director, with experience in delivering promotional and brand work for healthcare clients, to join an award-winning, boutique healthcare advertising agency. This position will suit an experienced Account Director/Senior Account Director seeking a new role where their enterprising mindset and deep experience will be highly valued.

You’re a perfect fit if you possess:


  • Serious client service skills: you’ll be a natural at maintaining and nurturing relationships, with many years of experience as a senior account manager or account director in healthcare communications and advertising
  • Sleeves up, hands on: whatever you want to call it, you won’t be fussy when it comes to getting stuck in to all sorts of tasks to ensure the efficient delivery of impactful work
  • A desire to nurture others: you’ll be passionate about coaching and mentoring less experienced members of the team, helping them to develop their skills for the benefit of the agency and their future


What you’ll do day-to-day:


  • Local, international: work across a variety of local and international brands, with products in therapy areas like rare diseases, oncology and neurology
  • All things client service: leading accounts and the briefing process for new projects, contributing to client strategy and creative, overseeing projects and above all, ensuring the delivery of impeccable work and service
