SENIOR 3D DESIGNER


For 15 years, CHIC has been a unique agency model in the world of luxury brand creation. From strategy, to creation and production, CHIC is one of the few agencies able to support luxury, premium and lifestyle brands throughout the entire brand-building and development process, combining expertise in branding, product design, experience and BTL campaigns. With 55 employees making up the multicultural teams of its agencies in Paris, London and Singapore, CHIC is a key player in the design of luxury brands worldwide.


The London team is at a pivotal moment of development and is seeking a passionate and highly creative retail designer to strengthen the BRAND EXPERIENCE team. You will join us in creating inspiring retail experiences, designing commercial and event spaces, invent new tasting rituals, developing consumer journeys, crafting primary and secondary packaging for the most attractive brands and products.


WHO ARE YOU?


- A designer expert in brand experience, able to work on a full consumer journey: from attracting the client to designing the full in-store concept, elevating the product, and always creating meaningful experiences for the consumers.

- You are comfortable on diverse design topics, from product design to retail design.

- You are comfortable in various scale project: from global conception, creating the new retail identity for a worldwide established brand, from local activation development, crafting a tasting ritual for a niche target.

- You have a strong eye for luxury: you bring the same attention to details whether it’s for a £200 or £100,000 product.

- You are an expert of 3D modelling with excellent knowledge of materials and production processes.

- You are driven to deliver beautiful and inspiring images which creates the spark.

- You have at least 5 years of experience in creative agencies or in-house luxury brands.

- You are creative, you go beyond the expected, you are curious and always ready to push boundaries of what has been done before.

- You are organized, you know what it means to meet the constraints, and respect the deadlines.

- You are collaborative, with the ability to work closely with the various teams spread across our different entities in the world: strategy, brand experience, brand identity, brand content, account management, director teams.

- You have a very good English, and the confidence to present your work to internal teams and clients.

- Cherry on the cake, you are a fun person


YOUR ROLE AT CHIC


- You will be the 3D designer referral within the CHIC London team, leading the projects in partnership with the Creative director based in Paris.

- You will propose creative concepts and ideas to answer to client’s briefs for retail design and product design projects.

- You will develop your ideas and follow the projects from the brief to the production.

- You will share about your work and defend the agency creative views to internal and external stakeholders.

- You will be the representation of the excellence of CHIC in 3D visuals and design experiences.

INFORMATIONS

- Location: Our office is based in the great Mare Street Studios, near London Fields and Broadway Market, Hackney, London. We work in a hybrid mode (3 days a week in the office) but stay flexible in both ways.

- Contract: 40 hours a week

- Salary: According to profile and experiences
