Job Title: Solutions Architect (Contract)

Location: West Malling, Kent (Hybrid Working)
Rate: £500 - £600 per day (Outside IR35)
Duration: 6 months (with potential extension)

Were seeking a talented Solutions Architect for an exciting contract opportunity with a dynamic organisation based in West Malling. This role offers hybrid working, allowing you to split your time between the office and working remotely.

As a Solutions Architect, youll play a pivotal role in designing and implementing innovative technology solutions that align with the businesss strategic goals. Youll collaborate with cross-functional teams, leveraging your expertise to deliver robust, scalable, and cost-effective architecture designs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain high-level solution architectures for projects and programs.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and design principles.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs and technical standards.
  • Provide guidance on best practices, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture frameworks.
  • Oversee the implementation of architectural solutions, working closely with delivery teams.
  • Identify and mitigate architectural risks, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
Skills & Experience Required

Were looking for someone with:

  • Proven experience as a Solutions Architect, ideally within enterprise-level environments.
  • Strong background in designing and implementing end-to-end solutions.
  • Expertise in cloud technologies (e.g., Azure, AWS, or GCP).
  • In-depth knowledge of enterprise integration patterns and microservices architecture.
  • Familiarity with .NET, C#, and other Microsoft stack technologies.
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
