A highly skilled and creative Graphic Designer is sought to join a dynamic marketing team and support the ongoing evolution of a brand. In this pivotal role, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing compelling visual communication artwork and documents that align with the brand identity and business objectives.

This is a fast-paced role where the Graphic Designer will be supported by the Digital Marketing Manager and have the opportunity to work proactively, with plenty of opportunities to grow, develop, and showcase creative talents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all marketing materials.
  • Create engaging visual concepts for marketing campaigns, including print and digital media.
  • Design and evolve a variety of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and infographics.
  • Develop compelling visuals for presentations, webinars, and trade shows.
  • Support with creating engaging social media graphics.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs on time.
  • Basic photography and photo editing tasks.
  • Stay up to date with design trends and industry best practices.

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in a design environment, ideally 5+ years.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
  • Excellent understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout principles.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for design.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of the different requirements for web and print design.
  • Animation and 3D experience are beneficial but not essential.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.
  • Experience in B2B graphic design is beneficial but not essential.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating a variety of design styles and capabilities.
