Seeking a 1st / 2nd line, IT Service Desk support analyst to join one of the UK’s preeminent international Architectural practices, based in Central London.
To thrive in this vibrant, creative environment it is essential that you bring excellent interpersonal skills and a demonstrable enthusiasm to your work.
As an IT Service Desk support analyst, you will have 1st and 2nd line desktop support experience with O365, Microsoft Outlook, and Windows 10.
Day to day duties include, 1st line technical support / service desk, onboarding/offboarding, setting up equipment, troubleshooting, asset control, audio visual support, resolving printer issues and 2nd line desktop and deskside support.
Hybrid working 3 days in / 2 days WFH, on completion of three-month probation period.
Salary is circa £30-34,000 plus a comprehensive benefits package, including 25 days holiday.
