We are pleased to announce we have an exciting opportunity for the next generation superstar to gain work experience within our NFL UK Academy.


The Graduate Assistant Football Coach will assist the coaching staff in all aspects of the football program, including but not limited to recruiting, coaching, game planning, player development, and administrative duties. This position is designed to provide hands-on experience and mentorship to individuals pursuing a career in football coaching. The Graduate Assistant will be expected to balance responsibilities within the football program while maintaining academic progress in their graduate studies.


The role will start in mid-August and will be a full-time paid role, based out of the Academy at Loughborough Colleague. Applicants should be 18 years plus at the commencement of the internship and legally permitted to work in the UK.


The role will be required to work some weekends for the London Games fixtures and activations. As we strive to hire the right talent for the right roles at all levels and functions within the organisation, we hope to pro-actively diversify our talent pipeline.


Throughout your placement you will have continuous development opportunities to help to support you in your own personal and professional growth including the opportunity to gain valuable coaching experience. You will be paired with a buddy who will support you throughout your journey, providing guidance, support and knowledge and extensive opportunities to connect with NFL and College coaches and representatives to expand professional network. You will have access to Loughborough College and Loughborough University facilities and resources.


Qualifications: ● Previous playing or coaching experience in football. ● Microsoft Office experience, including PowerPoint, Excel and all other relevant pieces of technology. ● Strong knowledge of football rules, techniques, and strategies. ● Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills. ● Ability to work effectively and independently in a team environment. ● Commitment to maintaining high ethical standards and compliance with NCAA regulations. ● Knowledge of the NFL Academy and its role within the NFL International Pyramid preferable.

The shortlisted candidates will be contacted by Tuesday 16th July to complete an online interview screening and if successful move to the final interview stage, where they will be required to attend an in-person interview in Loughborough in late July.
