This is a senior technical role where you will take ownership of designing developing and delivering robust Power Platform solutions that drive real business transformation for our clients. You will play a leading part in shaping solution architecture mentoring junior developers and ensuring best practices are followed across projects.Working primarily within the Microsoft ecosystem you will deliver end-to-end solutions using Power Apps Power Automate Power BI and Dataverse with integrations across Microsoft 365 SharePoint and Dynamics 365. You will also contribute to the evolution of T-Techs flagship Practice Gateway portal and support the adoption of emerging technologies including Robotic Process Automation (RPA).Key Responsibilities Lead the design development and deployment of advanced applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven). Architect and implement complex automated workflows with Power Automate. Design and deliver interactive dashboards and data visualisations using Power BI. Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365 SharePoint Dynamics 365 SQL Server and third-party data sources. Provide technical leadership on client projects ensuring scalability performance and security. Contribute to the enhancement and ongoing development of T-Techs Practice Gateway portal. Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements define technical specifications and deliver solutions aligned to business objectives. Mentor and support junior developers sharing expertise and promoting best practice within the team. Stay ahead of emerging Power Platform capabilities and recommend innovative solutions to clients and the business. About You Significant hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Apps Power Automate Power BI Dataverse). Strong knowledge of solution architecture integration patterns and governance within the Microsoft ecosystem. Experience with Microsoft 365 SharePoint Dynamics 365 and SQL Server. Proficiency in C# or JavaScript for extending Power Platform solutions. Previous involvement in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) projects is desirable. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to lead projects take ownership of technical delivery and mentor team members. RequirementsSkills and Experience: Proven experience developing solutions with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps Power Automate Power BI). Strong understanding of Dataverse SharePoint and Microsoft 365 integration. Experience with SQL Server and C# is beneficial. Exposure to RPA tools would be advantageous. Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive and detail-oriented approach. Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
