Salary: Negotiable depending on skills and experience

An excellent opportunity has become available for an experienced Planner to join an established planning and development firm, becoming a key member of their planning team in the North West. The team currently offer a wide variety of planning and surveying services within the residential, commercial and retail sectors.

For this role it is anticipated that the successful Senior Planner will:

  • Have a BSc / MSc (or equivalent) in an appropriate planning related discipline
  • Be MRTPI qualified
  • Have extensive planning experience
  • Hold a full UK driver's licence

Duties:

  • Assisting to mentor a team of planners
  • Preparing and submitting applications
  • Identifying and pursuing opportunities for new business from both existing and new clients
  • Liaising with clients and local authorities
  • Preparing reports and statements
  • Managing and forecasting fee income
